Quick update

Hey folks --

We have an image up on the front page of the House of Fun site of the t-shirt we designed for the Glen Jones Radio Programme. This is available only as part of a pledge to his Sunday show on WFMU -- which is now in the second half of its annual fund-raising drive. The Jones shirt is available for a $120 pledge, yeah, that's hefty, but you can work out payments in installments and if you're already a listener you know they need the money more than ever in these scary times. WFMU is completely free-form, and completely listener-sponsored (save for record fairs), and offers a lot of nifty gifts for pledges of various sizes, a terrific shirt and bumper sticker for the basic pledge of $40 (iirc), for larger amounts more stuff, a knit cap, CD's, etc. Check out wfmu.org for more details or to listen to this great, essential station on-line. For a measly $10 you can be entered in DJ contests for prizes. Some DJ's gave away great boxed CD sets, DVD sets, signed books, urban vinyls, even a Kaz Smoking Cat vinyl. Check it all out, kids.

Other good news: I'm finishing up the cover for the first Bill and Ted's collection, after that, I get to draw my first strip for Mad magazine. I'm also working on something for Nickelodeon Magazine that isn't definitely sold, but we'll see how it goes. I might have some other good news in the near future concerning one of our ongoing projects, so hold tight and think good thoughts.

Unfortunately, I also have some bad news for some of you readers out there. Like, really bad news. Stay tuned.

It's been a roller-coaster week, and I just hope things work out for the best re: that bad news item. Cross yer fingers, kids, and think even better thoughts for the HOF.
